Rayne Sherman is a nationally recognized authority in design, space planning and construction for commercial, industrial, financial and healthcare projects. With 40 years of experience, Rayne has provided facilities planning, interior and graphic design services to a wide variety of clients throughout the Western United States. Rayne works with Project Managers and staff to set strategic goals for each project and is responsible for overall project direction and delivery.
Rayne is a classic automobile owner/enthusiast with active leadership in the Palos Verdes Concours d’Elegance, additionally Rayne is a lifelong traveler, with first hand exposure to many cultures, experiences and architectural/design styles.
Patricia Olguin is a certified interior designer who has over 25 years of experience who values collaboration with clients. Her extensive design background allows her to bring innovation and understanding to all projects. Participation on projects ranging from commercial tenant improvement, residential to restaurants as well as retail, multi-family and theme parks has given Patricia a diverse skill set. Every project presents an opportunity to learn about the client and their project needs while granting a chance to utilize her knowledge and creative skills. Patricia is well versed in local building codes and accessibility requirements and ensures that the project plans adhere to these codes.
